The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery charges are not included in the displayed price and are added when the order is validated, unless otherwise stated (see section “Delivery”).

The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in effect at the time of the order.

The buyer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided when placing the order.
The order is only confirmed after full payment.
The seller reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute.

Payment is made online via the methods offered on the site (e.g., debit card, Apple Pay, etc.).
The order will be shipped after payment confirmation.

6.1 Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped from the seller's workshop within 48 to 72 working hours after payment confirmation.

6.2 Delivery methods and times
Metropolitan France:

• Mondial Relay (delivery to a locker): delivery time of 3 to 5 working days.

• Tracked letter (home delivery): indicative delivery time of 3 working days, from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Rest of the world:

• International tracked letter: delivery time varies depending on the destination country.

6.3 Delivery charges
Metropolitan France:

• Mondial Relay: €4

• Tracked letter: between €4 and €6

International :

• International tracked letter: between €8 and €14

Free delivery:

• For all orders over €80, delivery is free, worldwide.

6.4 Customs
The buyer is responsible for paying any customs fees, taxes or duties that may be required by the country of delivery.
These fees are not included in the shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the customer.

7.1 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

7.2 Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.

7.3 Return Conditions

The product must be returned:

• in its original state,

• not used

• complete (packaging, accessories…),

• properly protected.

If the product is returned damaged, incomplete or used, the seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse it.

7.4 Reimbursement

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product or presentation of proof of shipment of the package.

The seller cannot be held responsible:

• postal delays,

• losses or damages caused by the carrier

• due to misuse of the product by the buyer.

The personal data collected is processed solely for order management purposes.
They are never resold.
The buyer can request the deletion or modification of their data upon simple request.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred.
Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
